Usage :
Stir yeast in the flour, then mix in other materials.
Dosage:
The dosage of the leaven is decided by the quantity, the species of   powder and the craft request of the creations.
The dosage for bread making is usually 0.8% to 1.2% of  flour weight,
The dosage for making  plain wheat roll is 0.3% to 0.8% of flour weight
Or follow the formulation and crafts.

Remarks:Sugar content should not exceed 16:100(less than 16g sugar to 100powder)
Warning: Never mix with water directly before mixing with flour.
